Dangote Refinery has reduced its Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, gantry price from N799 to N774 per liter, in order to force out fuel importers in Nigeria but ended its gantry petrol lifting bonus.

Revealing this on Tuesday, the refinery said “This is to notify you of a change in our PMS gantry price from N799 per liter to N774 per liter.

“Additionally, please note that the PMS lifting bonus ended at 12:00 a.m. on 10th February 2026. The corresponding credit for volumes loaded from 2nd to 10th February 2026, within the stipulated volume thresholds earlier communicated, will be posted to your account statement. Thank you for your continued partnership.”

This reduction is coming at a time when imported petrol reduced to an average of N721.80 per liter, according to data from the Major Energies Marketers Association of Nigeria released last Friday.

According to petroleumpriceng.com, while Dangote’s gantry price now stands at N774 per liter, depot owners like Eterna and MENJ report ex-depot prices of N790 per liter. Retail petrol prices remain between N839 and N905 per liter in Abuja.
