As political parties intensify their preparations and deepen grassroots engagement towards Abuja council election slated for Saturday, the supporters of the chairmanship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Moses Paul, have raised N2.6 million to support his campaign.
According to Pail, the funds were raised through donations from supporters on the X platform, which to him is a strong demonstration of public confidence in his candidacy
Appreciating the donors, Paul said that the contributions had already boosted campaign activities across the council area, enabling his campaign team to print additional flyers, improve logistics and expand grassroots mobilisation efforts.
He said his administration if elected would priotise accountability, transparency and people-centred governance.
