The winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10, Imisioluwa Ayanwale , popularly known as Imisi, has revealed her plans to help the girl-child through the establishment of a Non-Governmental Organisation.
She disclosed this while receiving an additional N2m cheque from BetKing recently in Lagos where she also described the gesture as overwhelming and inspiring. It was awarded to her for a competition she won while in the BBNaija house, sponsored by a betting company.
Punch reports that while Imisi was expressing gratitude for her BBNaija experience and the latest cash prize, she opened up about her childhood struggles, which she described as dramatic and challenging
She revealed that her journey and experience have been inspired by a desire to support young girls facing similar difficulties.
“I am overwhelmed; I am happy and grateful; I feel good, excited and delighted. I just feel good seeing all these working in my favour.
“As a lady, I know what it was growing up. So, for me, I would like to do something for a girl child. I am not clear yet, but something like a foundation for the girl child, because that has always been my desire, and I think I really want to do that.
“Things are still looking like a dream to me now, but I really want to do that. While growing up as a girl child, it was a very dramatic time for me.”
Having been acting for some time before joining Big Brother Naija reality show which was meant to upgrade her public profile, she further expressed happiness by saying:
“I am happy. I have been an actress for a while now, but Big Brother really gave me the exposure, and I am grateful. It means a whole lot to me.”
On Sunday, October 5, 2025, Imisioluwa Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10 the reality-TV sensation tagged “10/10,” after weeks of intense competition.
