The war in Iran has brought a hard season to many homes in Nigeria, sequel to the sharp increase in the retail prices of cooking gas, Automotive Gas Oil, diesel as well as petrol.
Already, the price of gas has increased from ₦1,000 per kilogram to ₦1,200 per kg, diesel, ₦1,200 per litre to ₦1,300 per litre while the price of Premium Motor Spirit moved from from ₦837 per litre, yesterday to to ₦939.
Crude oil price in the global oil market, rose from $75 to $84 per barrel after the war in Iranian which started on Saturday.
Report showed that several filling stations have adjusted their pump prices upward, from N875 per litre on Monday to N975 while cooking gas price just went up yesterday.

A market survey conducted by Vanguard, yesterday, in Abuja, Lagos and some other parts of the country, showed that several filling stations adjusted their pump prices upward, from N875 per litre on Monday to N975, yesterday, while retailers of cooking gas hiked price.

The increase that has already brought hardship to many homes is the outcome of the US, Israel and Iran war which has resulted into crude oil prices rising by more than 12 per cent to over $84 per barrel, yesterday, from $75 per barrel last week in the global oil market.
There are fears that fuel price may go above N1,000, should the war continues, thereby increasing the pain of living among Nigerians.
